Flinders Street Wharves is a $30M waterfront hospitality precinct in the historic Burns Philp building on Flinders Street.
Since opening in late **** we have built one of the busiest venues in North Queensland, running multiple bars, rooftop, kiosk, dining venues, function spaces and live music.We are looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our casual FOH team.About the roleYou will work across our bar areas including Yards Bar, Merchants Bar, the Docks, the laneway and the rooftop, building drinks properly and looking after guests in a high volume waterfront venue.Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer and wine to a consistent standardEngage guests, make recommendations and drive bar salesHandle POS, cash and payments accuratelyKeep bars clean, stocked and set up for serviceWork to RSA, liquor licensing, hygiene and WHS requirements at all timesAssist with open and close, setup and pack downSupport the team through peaks including Cowboys home games,
