Managing workforce coordination, service performance, and risk will be key to maintaining operational excellence in a complex healthcare setting.Key requirements:Postgraduate qualifications in Practice Management, Nursing, or related fieldExtensive clinical and operational experience in general practice or primary health careProven leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of government funding models and Medicare billingFamiliarity with accreditation standards (RACGP, NSQHS) and clinical systemsWorking With Children Check and National Police CheckExcellent communication, organisational, and data analysis skillsCommitment to cultural safety and community-controlled healthcare values
