We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with patients and takes pride in providing exceptional care and service.About the RoleResponsibilities include:Assisting the specialist during consulting sessions and proceduresProviding patients with bowel preparation and procedural informationLiaising with patients, GPs, hospitals and pathology providersReviewing referrals,



triaging and coordinating appointmentsManaging patient recalls and follow-upWilling to assist and support secretaries with front desk duties whenever requiredAbout YouYou will:Ideally be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe highly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using medical software and electronic medical recordsDemonstrate reliability, professionalism and accountabilityTake ownership of your work and communicate openlyBe warm, compassionate and committed to delivering outstanding patient carePrevious experience in Gastroenterology, Endoscopy or specialist consulting rooms is desirable but not essential.We OfferA supportive and respectful workplaceInteresting and varied specialist workOpportunity to develop skills in Gastroenterology and EndoscopyModern consulting roomsCompetitive remuneration based on experienceThe successful applicant will be available to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm.If you are a motivated nurse who enjoys both patient care and helping a specialist practice run smoothly, we would love to hear from you.
