Our finance team is small, efficient, and high-performing — and we're looking for an Accountant to join us three days a week.What you'll be doing:Own the month-end close — accruals, journals, P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and management accountsBe the day-to-day point of contact for our external tax accountants — coordinating the ITR, FBT, and R&D; tax incentive claimManage the audit process — prepare the records, handle requests,



keep it movingMaintain the rolling cash flow forecast and provide weekly updates to the Head of FinanceProvide direction and quality review for the BookkeeperWhat you bring:4+ years' experience in an accounting roleYou've owned a month-end close beforeComfortable dealing with external accountants and auditors independentlyAdvanced Xero and Excel proficiency — essentialCA or CPA qualified, or working toward it — desirable but not essentialComfortable using AI tools as part of your day-to-day workflowSelf-directed — you won't need to be told what to do each dayWhy this role:3 days a week, genuinely scoped for 3 days — not a compressed full time jobReal ownership — You own your area, work directly with the Head of Finance, and your work visibly mattersGrowing tech business, lean team, no corporate overhead
