We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Trade Assistant to join ourt clients maintenance team within a busy food manufacturing environment.
This role provides support to fitters, electricians, and maintenance personnel by assisting with repairs, general maintenance tasks, equipment upkeep, and workshop support.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist tradespeople with maintenance, repairs, installations, and breakdownsSupport basic mechanical tasks under supervisionClean and maintain machinery, tools, and work areasPrepare tools, equipment, and parts for maintenance activitiesAssist with stores, stock levels, and general labouring dutiesFollow all WHS, food safety, and site hygiene requirementsAbout YouTrade Assistant experience or strong mechanical aptitudePrevious experience in manufacturing, food production, or maintenance environments preferredValid driver's licence requiredStrong work ethic with a willingness to learnAbility to work safely, follow instructions,
