This is a hands-on role supporting the reliability and performance of our plant through high-quality mechanical fitting.
Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and breakdown maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and minimising downtime across our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality mechanical maintenance, installation, overhaul, and repair work on rotating equipment, pumps, valves, conveyors, piping systems, and other plant assets, ensuring work is completed safely and to required standards.Execute maintenance activities in accordance with Major Hazard Facility (MHF) requirements, including compliance with permit-to-work systems, isolations, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), risk assessments, and energy isolation (LOTO) procedures.Interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs;, equipment manuals, and maintenance work instructions to diagnose faults, plan repairs, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.Support preventative, corrective,
