to determine required partsSourcing and ordering parts through online manufacturer portalsProducing quotes for panel shops and mechanical workshopsProcessing orders and quotes through the DMS system (Tune)Assisting with stock checking and order processingMaintaining data integrity, accurate invoicing and paymentsSupporting the service department with enquiries, bookings and coordination of repairsContributing to a positive team and customer experience cultureWhat You'll BringPrevious Parts Interpreter experience (highly regarded but not essential)Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing roleGenuine interest in the motor industryStrong problem-solving, time management, and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentProfessional presentation, integrity, and attention to detailSolid computer literacy and adaptabilityWhat's on OfferAttractive salary packageMonday to Friday only – enjoy your weekends!
