Shred-X is looking for safety-focused and customer-oriented MR Drivers to join our team in Wetherill Park, Sydney.As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia's leading logistics and information management companies, Shred-X is a national leader in secure document destruction, product disposal, and recycling services.
We're seeking a motivated team member who thrives on independence, takes pride in their work, and plays a key role in delivering top-tier customer service.What You'll DoDrive a company-branded MR truck to deliver and collect secure destruction bins and materials.Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg - an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.Represent Shred-X professionally on-site, ensuring top-tier customer interaction.Follow all company policies, WHS standards, chain of responsibility, and client-specific procedures.What You BringA valid Medium Rigid (MR) truck license with a clean driving history.Previous experience in a physical driving role (e.g.



freight or removalist-style work).
Safe manual handling skills and physical fitness.Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA or similar tech).
