This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll work closely with Operations to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement are embedded into everyday production.If you thrive in a fast‐paced FMCG environment and are passionate about food safety and coaching teams to perform at their best, this could be your next career move.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and schedule a team of Quality Partners supporting daily production activitiesOversee routine quality checks, line inspections, environmental monitoring, and product testingEnsure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, allergen controls, sanitation standards, and food safety programsCoordinate and review QA documentation including batch records, CCP monitoring, deviations, and audit findingsLead and support investigations into non‐conformances, quality incidents, and customer complaints using structured root cause analysisDrive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectivenessPartner with Operations, Maintenance, Sanitation, Planning, Laboratory, NPD, and R&D; teams to resolve quality issuesParticipate in regulatory, customer,



and third‐party audits and support audit readinessTranslate quality metrics into meaningful operational and business insightsSupport new product launches, process changes, validations, and continuous improvement initiativesPromote and reinforce a strong food safety culture across the site through coaching and consistent standardsAbout YouTertiary qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in a food manufacturing quality role, with leadership or coordination exposureStrong working knowledge of HACCP, VACCP/TACCP, GMPs, food regulations, and customer standardsConfident communicator with the ability to influence, coach, and collaborate across teamsHighly organised, detail‐oriented, and comfortable prioritising in a fast‐paced environmentPassionate about continuous improvement, problem‐solving, and safeguarding consumer safetyWhy Join PrimoAt Primo, we're committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, valued, and connected.
