Mobile Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Subcontractor)
Your Fleet Elite is a growing fleet management company that supports commercial fleets across Sydney.
We work with trucks, trailers, vans and light commercial vehicles, helping businesses minimise downtime through reliable maintenance and repairs.
We're looking for an experienced Mobile Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join us as a subcontractor on an ongoing basis.
The Role
You will attend customer sites across Sydney to carry out maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on heavy vehicles.
Work will be allocated based on your availability, with the prospect for consistent ongoing work as our client base grows.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair heavy vehicles and trailersCarry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenancePerform roadside breakdown repairs where requiredComplete brake, suspension,



steering and driveline repairsUse diagnostic equipment to identify faultsComplete service reports and communicate findings with our operations teamMaintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
Qualified Heavy Vehicle/Diesel MechanicCurrent Australian driver's licence (HR licence preferred but not essential)ABN and ability to work as a subcontractorOwn tools and reliable service vehiclePublic Liability InsuranceStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsExcellent communication and time managementAbility to work independently
