We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Diploma-qualified Casual Educator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an educator seeking flexibility with the security of a guaranteed minimum of one shift per week, with opportunities for additional shifts as our service continues to grow.

About the Role
As a Casual Diploma Qualified Educator, you will:
Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can thrive.
Support the delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Build positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional care and education.
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework,



National Regulations and service policies.
Promote children's safety, wellbeing and development through active supervision and responsive interactions.
Availability
To be successful in this role, you must:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Be available to work Monday to Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Be willing to work a minimum guaranteed shift of one day per week, with flexibility to accept additional shifts as they become available.
About You
You'll bring:
A genuine passion for early childhood education.
Strong knowledge of the EYLF, National Quality Framework and current legislation.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A collaborative, positive and proactive approach.
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
