Our company was formed in response to the growing needs of individuals looking for tailored and client-centric supports.

About The Role:
Your role as a Disability Support Worker could include but is not limited to:
Helping clients work towards their individual goalsAccessing the community with participants to attend appointments, socialise and engage in various activitiesAssist participants around the home with light domestic duties and cooking, and personal careThere may be a potential need for manual handling, hoisting, etc.
Client-specific training will be provided as requiredEngage with participants in various group-based settings and activitiesWriting ongoing case notes and incident reports as required
About You:
The ideal candidates will:




Be enthusiastic and proactive in assisting participants with their required supports and goalsHave relevant experience and understanding of disabilities and the disabled communityHave or be willing to obtain the following:Current First Aid and CPRBlue CardNDIS Worker Screening CheckHold a 'P' or open licenseSafety Certificate / Roadworthy CertificateStaff must be comfortable with personal care including showering and toiletingStaff must be comfortable working independently and in group settings alongside other staff
