We're seeking a Customer Experience Representative, who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and creating positive customer experiences every day.This is a full‐time office based role located in Arundel in the Gold Coast reporting to the Revel Customer Experience Manager.What you'll be doing:Customer Support: Delivering exceptional customer support across phone & email, creating positive experiences that make every customer interaction memorableBrand Champion: Becoming a trusted expert & advocate for the Revel brand, helping customers get the most from their wellness solutions & deliver a premium after-sales experienceTechnical Support: Providing practical troubleshooting guidance & solutions to help customers resolve product questions & technical queries with confidenceCollaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations & Logistics teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer journey & ensure customers receive timely supportWhat you'll need:Customer Service Experience:
