Burnett House Early Learning and Kindergarten, located in Sadliers Crossing, is a purpose‐built, well‐resourced early childhood service catering for up to 95 children each day across six learning environments.
We are passionate about providing high‐quality education and care through engaging learning experiences, exceptional resources, and inspiring indoor and outdoor environments.
Our service features three spacious playgrounds, a popular Bush Kindy program, Pram Kindy adventures, and a diverse range of incursions delivered five days a week across the service.
We pride ourselves on creating meaningful opportunities for children to explore, discover, and connect with their community and the natural workplace.

About the Role
You will play a key role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and developmentally rich environment for our children.
You'll assist the studios with confidence, collaborate closely with your team, and ensure every child feels safe, supported, and inspired each day.
What You'll Be Doing
Planning, implementing, and evaluating engaging,
age‐appropriate learning experiences
Creating a warm, predictable environment that supports emotional security
Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families
Assisting studio educators in the room to deliver high‐quality practicesMaintaining compliance with the NQS, EYLF, and centre policies
Collaborating with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement
Supporting smooth transitions, routines, and behaviour guidance with empathy and consistency
What You'll Bring
A recognised Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA‐approved equivalent).
Solid understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and child‐centred pedagogy
Confidence in mentoring others, and driving high‐quality practice
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
A warm, positive, and proactive approach
National Child Safety Training Certificate (Geccko)
Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Available 5 days a week, rotating shifts between 6.30am to 6.30pm.
