These positions will be offered on 7/7 Roster working Dayshift and Nightshift.You will be provided with flights to site from Townsville or Rockhampton with camp accommodation whilst on site.Whilst Rockhampton and Townsville are our primary FIFO hubs we encourage applicants from all regional Queensland communities to apply.As part of our team on site, you will find that no two days are the same.
Your duties will include but not be limited to;Operate and monitor preparation plant to optimize production and quality as directed by the CHPP Production Supervisor.Operate stockpile dozers to manage the product coal stockpile,



reclaim operations and train loadingPerform train loading operations in line with train schedules and blend parameters.Perform first response breakdown maintenance tasks as required.Conduct Planed Maintenance activities & InspectionsHousekeeping and general maintenance of all areas of the CHPP, Train Loadout and Yard.About youOur ideal candidate is a positive and safety-conscious team player with a solid work ethic who possesses the following;Mechanical Trade QualificationPrevious experience as an Operator Maintainer on a coal processing plantStockpile Dozer Experience – highly regardedCurrent Coal Board MedicalCurrent Standard 11Valid Australian Drivers LicenseValid Right to Work in AustraliaSARC Cert (Safety Access Rail Corridor) - Highly regardedDemonstrated safety focus with the ability to work safely and effectively as part of a dynamic teamPlease note, that as part of our recruitment process you will be required to complete a police clearance, Functional Capacity Evaluation and drug and alcohol screen.As our most valuable asset, we invest in our employees' personal and professional growth.
