This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the effective processing and packing of quality products.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain high standards of food safety and product qualityAchieve daily production KPIsSort product and remove defects in accordance with specificationsOperate and monitor machinery and equipmentPerform packing and manual handling tasksUndertake cleaning and basic operational maintenanceRotate across different areas of the factory as requiredConduct forklift operations (where licensed)Complete basic computer tasks and general housekeepingAbout YouTo be successful in this role,
