ensuringtesting aligns with project requirements and timelines.Defect Management:Identify, document, and track defects,conducting root cause analysis for issues.Stakeholder Reporting:Provide regular updates on testingprogress, risks, and quality metrics to managers and clients.RequiredSkills and QualificationsExperience:Proven experience as a Test Lead or senior TestAnalyst, often 3+ years.Technical Skills:Understanding of manual/automated testingtools (e.g., Selenium,Azure Test Plans,ServiceNow ATF).
Methodologies:Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfallframeworks.Soft Skills:Excellent leadership, communication, analytical,and problem-solving skills.
