Administration Officer - headspace Early PsychosisAdministration Officer – headspace Early Psychosis, ParramattaLocation: headspace ParramattaFull-time | Maximum-term until June **** | Monday to Friday | Business hoursHPA Support Services Level 3 – $***** per hour + Super + Salary PackagingAbout the RoleThe Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative support to the clinical and operational management teams within the Uniting Recovery headspace Early Psychosis Program.
This is a key frontline role that helps ensure the service operates efficiently while supporting positive outcomes for young people accessing our program.About you, your experience and skillsWe're looking for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and highly organised.
You'll bring strong administrative skills, a can-do attitude, and a passion for supporting young people and mental health services.Whether you're seeking experience in the mental health or NGO sector or looking for a meaningful role with purpose and variety, this could be a great fit.Any level of experience is considered; however, we are looking for applicants who:Are highly organised and able to multi-task.Can remain calm and focused in busy environments.Are comfortable working in the Mental Health space.Have excellent overall computer skills and confident using MS Office applications.Flexible approach, including the ability to work autonomously, exercise initiative, and have a proactive approach to problem resolution.Ability to travel to headspace Penrith and headspace Mount Druitt for 1–2 weeks of initial onboarding and training,
