We are currently seeking a friendly, innovative, and empathetic professional to join our expanding practice as a medical receptionist.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Greeting patients in a warm and welcoming mannerTaking appointments and managing practitioners' calendars and client needsResponding to face-to-face, telephone, and email inquiriesTaking payments and processing Medicare and private health claimsIssuing invoices and receiptsMaintaining and updating patient records and ensuring confidentialityProviding practitioners, management, staff, external providers, and clients with general administrative supportAssisting in the maintenance of policies, procedures,
