We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our team and become one of the friendly faces of our business.This is an entry-level position, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in administration, customer service or aviation.About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time position working:8:30 am to 4:30 pm7 days per fortnightA rotating roster that includes both weekdays and weekendsAlternating weekends to ensure the roster is shared fairlyEmployment conditions and pay will be in accordance with the Clerks Award.Full training and a company uniform will be provided.Your ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers visiting our officeAnswer incoming phone calls and respond to email enquiriesManage flight bookings and customer enquiriesProcess payments and maintain accurate recordsSupport the flight operations team with general administrationKeep the reception and office areas organised and presentableAssist with social media enquiries and general office dutiesHelp create a friendly and professional experience for students and customersAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customersWell presented with good communication skillsOrganised and able to manage multiple tasksComfortable using computers and learning new systemsReliable, punctual and willing to take initiativeAble to work independently and as part of a small teamAvailable to work the rotating roster, including alternate weekendsPrevious reception, administration or customer service experience would be helpful but is not essential.
This is an entry-level position, and we are happy to train the right person.An interest in aviation is preferred, although previous aviation experience is not required.Why Join Us?
