We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the governance and continual improvement of Benmax's Integrated Management System, covering ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****.
Based in our HSEQ team and working across all our Divisions, including Design, Projects, Service and Fabrication, you'll bring quality, safety and environmental performance together as one practical framework.You'll own certification for all three standards, including every surveillance and recertification audit, and you'll be the person leadership turns to for a clear view of how the business is performing across quality, safety and workplace.
There's plenty of hands on work too: managing non-conformances, coordinating audits, and building the dashboards and reporting that keep the whole team on the same page.You can expect to:Lead the development, implementation and continual improvement of Benmax's Integrated Management System across quality, safety and environmentOwn certification status for ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****, including all surveillance and recertification auditsManage the QMS day to day, including objectives, performance reporting and management review meetingsManage non-conformances, corrective actions and lessons learned relating to product and service qualityManage the OHS Management System, including hazard identification, risk assessment and incident investigationManage the Environmental Management System, including aspects and impacts registers, objectives and targetsDevelop and manage an integrated internal audit programme covering all three standardsCoordinate external certification, client and regulatory audits, and ensure findings are closed out on timeDevelop dashboards that give leadership one view of quality, safety and environmental performanceProvide expert advice,



training and coaching on management systems, document control and auditingWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience managing an Integrated Management System covering quality, safety and environment, ideally across a multi-site organisationExtensive experience managing ISO ****, with working knowledge of ISO ***** and ISO *****Experience coordinating internal and external audits across multiple standardsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence building relationships with clients, regulators and certification bodiesExcellent analytical, organisational and problem solving skillsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using electronic management system softwareTertiary qualification in Quality, WHS, Environment, Engineering, Business or a related disciplineLead Auditor qualification in ISO ****, ISO ***** or ISO *****Experience within construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectorsExperience leading transition or integration projects between separate management systemsAbout usFor over 40 years, Benmax has specialised in solving complex HVAC, building services and fabrication challenges across Australia.
