The role is centred around building, coaching and supporting the Visual Merchandisers to uphold a consistent, premium standard across every store and turning outstanding presentation into stronger sales.Reporting to the Queensland Area Visual Merchandise Manager, you will visit your stores on regular rotation to develop your team, identify commercial priorities, and make sure every store reflects the JD Sports brand at its best.YOUR MANDATELead, coach and develop the in-store VM team across your five-store clusterBuild VM bench strength through recruitment, induction and trainingDrive consistent, premium visual standards across every storeTurn commercial visual decisions into measurable sales growthManage visual communication and campaign execution across the clusterPartner with Area Managers, Buying, Marketing and Support OfficeKEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead & Develop the VM TeamLead,
