Our manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC programming, specifically with 5-axis machines, and experience with DMG DMU machinery is highly sought after.
This position also requires some management experience.Responsibilities:Operate 4-5 axis CNC machines, including loading and unloading billet materials.Program CNC machines, with a focus on 5-axis operations.Utilize DMG DMU machines to produce high-quality components.Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve machining problems.Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety procedures.Supervise a small team and ensure efficient production.Train and mentor junior machinists and operators,



fostering a collaborative and productive work workplace.Oversee and ensure timely completion of production schedules and deadlines.Requirements:Proven experience in CNC programming, specifically with 5-axis machines.SolidWorks and SolidCam experience is mandatoryHands-on experience with DMG DMU machines is highly desirable.Strong understanding of CNC manufacturing processes.Management experience, with the ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.Ability to lift heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks such as deburring components.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, particularly during the evening shift.Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adherence to safety procedures.Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
