You'll foster a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered in line with individual care plans, the Aged Care Quality Standards and all relevant regulatory requirements.As a visible, hands-on leader, you'll provide confident clinical guidance when it's needed most, supporting your team through complex care situations while championing evidence-based best practice across the service.Your warm, approachable communication style will enable you to build trusted relationships with residents, their families and external healthcare providers.
