As we continue to grow, there is significant opportunity for the right person to take on greater responsibility and help shape the future of the business.The RoleThis is a diverse, hands-on position that combines project management with estimating and tender support.You'll be responsible for managing the successful delivery of HVAC and mechanical services projects from award through to completion, while also assisting with estimating, preparing quotations, and supporting tender submissions for new work.Working closely with the director, you'll play a key role in both delivering existing projects and helping secure future opportunities, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both the operational and commercial sides of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of commercial HVAC projectsDevelop and manage project budgets, timelines, procurement, and resource planningCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure efficient project deliveryMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutionsEnsure compliance with relevant Australian Standards, building codes,



and WHS requirementsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, consultants, and suppliersProvide technical support throughout all stages of project deliveryPrepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for commercial projectsReview plans, specifications, and tender documentation to develop competitive pricingAssist with tender submissions, scope reviews, value engineering, and contract handoversIdentify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continued growth of the businessAbout YouYou'll be an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys taking ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Ideally, you'll have:Proven experience in HVAC project management within the building services industryEstimating experience, including preparing quotations and tender submissions (or a strong willingness to develop these skills)Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and construction practicesExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesThe ability to manage multiple projects and competing prioritiesExperience using estimating and project management software such as Simpro and EstimateOneA proactive attitude with a genuine interest in contributing to the growth of a small businessWhat We OfferAt Real Air Solutions, we believe excellent people deserve a great workplace.Competitive salary ($120K-$150K + Super)Company vehicle or car allowance plus fuel cardA supportive, close-knit team where your ideas and contributions are valuedOpportunities for professional development and long-term career progressionThe chance to work across a diverse range of commercial projectsA genuine opportunity to grow with the business and help shape its future as we continue to expandBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
