We're looking for a Qualified Auto Electrician who enjoys problem-solving, takes ownership of their work and wants variety in their day.
You'll join a small, established Sunshine Coast workshop working across automotive diagnostics, air conditioning, 4WDs, caravans, off-grid systems, heavy vehicles and machinery - no two days are the same.
What you'll be working on
Automotive electrical diagnostics and fault finding
Air conditioning diagnosis and repairs
Caravan and motorhome electrical systems
Lithium battery, inverter and solar installations
Dual battery systems and 4WD accessories
Heavy vehicles, buses and machinery
Workshop-based and occasional on-site work across a wide range of vehicles and equipment
We're looking for someone who
Can work independently and take ownership of jobs from start to finish
Takes initiative and gets stuck into the job
Takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
Enjoys diagnostics,
fault finding and problem-solving
Communicates well with customers and the team
Is reliable, professional and has a strong work ethic
Wants to keep learning and expanding their skills
Essential
Qualified Auto Electrician
Current driver's licence
Australian working rights
Highly regarded
ARCtick licence
Automotive air conditioning experience
Caravan or off-grid experience
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience with REDARC, lithium battery systems and solar installations
What we offer
$40-$50/hr + super, depending on experience
7am-3pm Monday to Friday
Flexible roster options, including an optional 9-day fortnight
