Rampage is seeking a driven and results-orientated Site Manager for our site inJerilderie NSW.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Site Manager will achieve sales targets by inspiring, inspiring and guiding a team to drive sales by enhancing the customer service experience.Our business has a full commercial kitchen, barista style coffee and retail shop floor.The successful applicant will be focused on achieving and exceeding store and personal sales targets, primarily through Key Performance Indicators.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Drive sales growth, achieve sales targets and meet other Key Performance IndicatorsInspire and motivate team members and lead by exampleRecruit and train staffEnsure the store complies with all OHS/HSSE requirementsFacilitate efficient and successful operations of all aspects of the store; including stock control and ordering, managing costs of goods, and completing daily, weekly and monthly financial reportingResolve day-to-day inefficiencies and other issues in relation to customer serviceWork closely with the Operations Manager to achieve store budgets through planned,



efficient rostering and other cost control methods.Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of productsMaintain our strong commitment tofood safety standards in line with our food safety planThe successful applicant will:Be available to workweekends when requiredand be willing to undertake regular 'hands-on'operational work.Have a proven record of successfully leading a team, delivering results and achieving sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional store standardsDemonstrated experience in a similar role with a customer service focusHave outstanding computer skills such as Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook SkillsStrong written and verbal communications applicable across multiple layers of the organisationExperience in managing a large kitchen / restaurant business would be highly regarded.A sound understanding of workplace managementHave a history of managing large teamsThe selection process will include:Multiple InterviewsNational Police CheckMedical checksReference checkingA house is included in this packageThis is highly attractive position for an experienced StoreManager.
