Permanent full-time chance:Options for flexible working hours and a 9-day fortnightLocated in Sydney:Working across Sydney, making visits to onsite clinics and working from homeRemuneration: Competitive remuneration with up to $7,500 PD budget + bonusesWe are looking for a strategic & engaging State Manager to lead, manage and grow our Early Intervention Onsite Physiotherapy services across New South Wales - including Sydney, Newcastle & more!
You will be responsible formanaging key client relationships, developing & coaching leads in your team and ensuring high quality service delivery from remote healthcare professionals across New South Wales.
You will be committed to your own personal and professional growth, with support from a caring long-standing Leadership team and have a presence that inspires your team.You will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better.In this role you will:Lead Early Intervention Onsite Physiotherapy services at our client's locations, with the support of your leads & team membersProvide ongoing mentoring, development and support to your leaders &team; members including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviewsParticipate in business development and account management including managing national accounts, rolling out new services to clients & attracting new clients to the organisationActively lead and manage workforce planning activities aligned with successful service delivery including rostering and recruitment,



with support from leads and HRDevelop annual budgets and reforecasts to support the delivery of Axis' strategic objectives, using financial targets to drive continual process improvementContribute to Axis' strategy and development as an active member of the Axis' leadership teamConsult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforceEnhance Axis' reputation as a market leader in providing Early Intervention Occupational Healthcare servicesEspouse the Axis Values of Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and Dedicated.You will bring the following:At least 3 years' experience delivering occupational healthcare services and managing B2B customer relationshipsA successful track record in operational & people leadership, including leading other leaders & team membersProven account management & business development skillsA strategic mindset & an active and agile driver of changeBackground in delivering clinical services across Medical, Allied Health or Occupational Health (e.g. Physiotherapy,



Occupational Therapy)Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)Professional indemnity insuranceFull Australian working rightsAustralian drivers license and access to your own private vehicleWhy work for Axis?
