On-the-job training will be provided for the right person.Key responsibilitiesSet up, operate and monitor production machinery.Load coils, assemble frames,



strap and pack.Complete routine quality checks and accurately record results.Identify faults and report equipment or production issues.Perform basic machine adjustments and routine cleaning.Follow safety procedures, work instructions and production schedules.Maintain a clean and organised work area.Work collaboratively to achieve daily production targets.About youPrevious machine operation or manufacturing experience is preferred, but not essential.Strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality.Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.Good attention to detail and basic mechanical aptitude.Able to follow written and verbal instructions.Physically capable of standing for extended periods and safely performing manual-handling tasks.Available to work 38 hours + Overtime.Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.What we offerCompetitive hourly rate plus superannuationStable permanent full-time/casual employment.Comprehensive training and ongoing support.Modern equipment and a safety-focused workplace.Opportunities to learn new machinery and progress within the business.Supportive and collaborative team setting.Immediate start available.
