Based in Geebung, QLD, our team manages every stage of outdoor play and fitness projects — from design and manufacturing through to installation and maintenance.We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Sales Support team on a full time, permanent basis (following a six-month probation period).
No logistics qualification?
No problem — we'll provide full training to get you qualified with a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations.The RoleWorking closely with our sales and project teams, you'll support the purchase and delivery of KOMPAN equipment from quotation through to project completion.
You'll be the link between our warehouse, suppliers, freight partners and project managers, keeping shipments moving and our inventory accurate.What You'll DoPrepare freight quotes for local & international shipments (air & sea)Track and trace shipments,



and maintain the incoming & outgoing logistics scheduleLiaise with Project Managers and update Navision with shipping datesLiaise with suppliers of local production and international teamsMaintain accuracy of the inventory system and receive Purchase OrdersPrepare documentation to facilitate Australian customs clearanceProvide back-up support for Storeman functions and the wider Sales Support teamAbout YouMinimum 3 years' experience in a customer service roleGeneral understanding of international shipping and project managementA Forklift Licence (LF minimum) is desirable, or a willingness to obtain oneOutstanding communication skills and an exceptional eye for detailA positive, patient, and enthusiastic team player who can work autonomouslyWhat's On OfferFull training and support to achieve a Certificate III in Supply Chain OperationsJoin a stable, established Australian business backed by a global brand
