fast-paced venue with an established reputationGreat team culture and supportive leadership groupWhat we're looking for:Previous Venue Management experience in high-volume hospitality venuesStrong operational background across food & beverageExperience leading large teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong understanding of rostering, stock control, reporting & P&L; managementAbility to drive service standards, team culture and business performanceHands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence during peak tradeAbility to execute promotions and build guest engagementCurrent RMLV & Approved Managers Licence requiredPrevious Irish pub and/or late-night venue experience is highly regarded, however not essentialIf you're passionate about hospitality, leadership, creating memorable guest experiences and developing excellent teams — we'd love to hear from you.
