Reporting to the Customer Service Manager NSW, this is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating service technicians and scheduling repair and maintenance work, ensuring service requests are managed efficiently and customers receive timely, high-quality support.This is a highly technical position that would suit someone with a strong understanding of windows, glazing, carpentry, or the residential building industry.
You'll work closely with customers, service technicians, and internal stakeholders to diagnose issues, coordinate service works,
