This is an excellent opportunity for someone with procurement operations, purchasing, transactional procurement, procurement support, or procurement administration experience within a large and complex organisation.Key Responsibilities:Process procurement and transactional purchasing activities accurately and efficientlyProvide support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding procurement processes and systemsManage supplier and stakeholder enquiries while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and governance requirementsSupport reporting, documentation management, data integrity,



and process improvement initiativesAssist with operational procurement activities across a high-volume environmentWork collaboratively with internal teams to maintain service delivery standards and compliance obligationsAbout You:Experience within procurement, purchasing, vendor management, procurement operations, or transactional servicesStrong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work accuratelyExperience working within large, complex, or highly regulated environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement and customer service skillsComfortable working with procurement systems, CRMs, ERP platforms, or finance systemsAbility to interpret policies, procedures, and governance requirementsHigher education or government experience is highly regardedThis is an opportunity to join a well-known and highly regarded organisation and in a supportive and cooperative team environment.
