This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping equipment running, and working in a business that values reliability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
You'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the plant and equipment that keeps our operation moving safely and efficiently.What you'll be doingCarry out machining, welding and maintenance across a range of processing equipmentInspect, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issuesComplete preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliabilityFabricate, modify and install parts and equipment as neededMaintain clear maintenance records and follow site proceduresWork to high safety, quality and housekeeping standardsWhat we're looking forRelevant trade qualifications,



such as Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical TradeExperience as a Machinist, Welder or Maintenance Fitter in manufacturing, food processing or a similar environmentStrong fault-finding, problem-solving and mechanical repair skillsWelding capability across MIG, TIG and stickA team-first attitude and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to engage in a flexible rotating roster, with shared weekend coverage contributing to team successAstrong focus on safety, quality and attention to detailA positive attitude and willingness to learn and growWhat we offerWe know a great role is about more than pay.
