Link Supports is seeking a compassionate Youth Worker to support two young people in a therapeutic home in Queensland.
This role focuses on building trust, stability, and helping young people feel secure enough to heal and grow.You will work collaboratively with the care team, maintain shift notes, support daily routines, and apply trauma-informed approaches rather than punishment.
Availability for sleepovers and weekends is highly regarded.
