We're looking for a proactive and motivated team member to join our senior team and lead a large established team of paraplanners and compliance people.
In this role, you'll apply your broad expertise in the areas of wealth management, compliance and financial advice areas.
You'll enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, building strong relationships, and playing a key part in ensuring the business maintains the highest standards whilst ensuring the efficient delivery of advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with the senior management team.
Work closely with the head of the paraplanning and compliance teams to not only deliver accurate, timely and compliant advice.
But also ensure the business is meeting all of its regulatory obligations.
Take leadership of the compliance framework within which the business operates.
Take ownership of our compliance team, by ensuring the advice provided to our large client base is industry leading.




Manage organisational responses to the ever changing legislative environment, to ensure client and business outcomes and objectives are satisfied.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
Provide clear, professional, and solutions-focused support to advisers throughout the advice process.
About You:
8+ years of experience in paraplanning and compliance.
Strong understanding of advice strategies and the legislative framework of the advice industry.
Proven ability to support high-performing advisers via the production of high quality, compliant advice documents.
Extensive background of managing high performing teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with all key stakeholders.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
Experience working with remote team members is a plus, but not required.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma of Financial Planning preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
