we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleThis is a high-volume customer service and bookings position where you'll be responsible for coordinating transport requests from start to finish.Your day will include:Answering a high volume of inbound phone callsManaging a busy shared email inboxBooking transport and towing jobs into our operating systemBooking shipping containers through customer online portalsProviding ETA updates and communicating with customersPreparing quotes and pricing transport jobsEntering accurate customer and job informationLiaising with drivers and operations staffMonitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring customers remain informedBuilding robust relationships with long‐term commercial clientsGeneral administration and customer supportAbout YouTo succeed in this role you'll be someone who:Loves working in a fast‐paced environmentCan confidently manage multiple tasks at onceHas outstanding customer service skillsIs friendly, professional and calm under pressureHas excellent computer and typing skillsHas strong attention to detailLearns new systems quicklyCan prioritise changing workloadsCommunicates clearly both verbally and in writingWorks well within a teamExperiencePrevious experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:Transport or logisticsTowing industryFreight or container movementsDispatch or schedulingCustomer service or call centreAdministration or bookingsExperience is preferred but not essential.
