your responsibilities will include:Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping requirements of a diverse client portfolioPrepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial recordsProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsCoordinate payroll processing and employee record maintenancePrepare and assist with BAS and IAS lodgementsBuild strong client relationships and provide responsive support on bookkeeping and compliance mattersTo be successful, you will have previous bookkeeping experience within an accounting practice.
Experience using Xero is ideal, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Exposure to payroll, BAS preparation and managing multiple client accounts will be highly regarded.
