Currently needed Tue, Wed, Thur with the opportunity for occasional Mondays and Fridays.
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our patients, working in a dynamic orthopaedic clinic environment based in Liverpool NSW ****.
Occasionaly also needed in Gregory Hills and Campbelltown.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clinic operates smoothly and efficiently, whilst providing exceptional patient care and support to our clinical staff.
Your administrative expertise and interpersonal skills will directly contribute to creating a welcoming, organised environment that reflects our commitment to patient satisfaction and operational excellence.What you'll be doingGreeting patients in a skilled and friendly manner upon arrival at the clinicManaging patient check-in processes, including verifying personal details and insurance informationScheduling appointments using clinic management software and maintaining an accurate appointment calendarAnswering telephone enquiries promptly and directing calls to appropriate staff membersProcessing patient payments and handling financial transactions with accuracy and confidentialityMaintaining patient records and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and securelyPreparing patient files and clinical notes for appointments and proceduresManaging clinic supplies and equipment as requiredSupporting clinical staff by assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operationsCommunicating effectively with patients regarding appointment times,
