production machinery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.You'll play a key role in:Ensuring smooth production operationsMinimising downtimeSupporting production changeovers and maintenance activitiesKey ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance tasks safely and within scopeReduce downtime and optimise production efficiencySupport production changeovers and cleaningConduct preventative maintenance and safety checksDiagnose and repair mechanical faultsComplete maintenance records and documentationPerform daily equipment inspectionsAssist with spare parts managementAssemble/disassemble GP headsFollow GMP, QA, and safety proceduresMaintain high housekeeping standardsBe available for occasional weekend/shutdown workSkills & ExperienceTrade-qualified Mechanical Fitter (essential)Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (highly desirable)Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skillsExperience with pneumatics and industrial systemsKnowledge of food processing machineryFamiliarity with maintenance systems/softwareStrong communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)What's on OfferCompetitive pay: $60 per hourStable, long-term opportunitySupportive and safety-focused teamWork with a reputable food manufacturing companyOpportunities for growth and development
