In this role, you will provide essential support that empowers clients to maintain their wellbeing, build life skills, achieve personal goals, and engage meaningfully within their community.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance with daily living activitiesSupport clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and shoppingFacilitate community access and social participationAssist clients in promoting mental health, wellbeing, and independenceEncourage and support the development of lifelong skillsShifts are available throughout the week, including weekends.
