Hollcon is seeking experienced and ticketed plant operators to join our civil construction teams working across Brisbane and Logan.
We are looking for motivated operators with experience in civil infrastructure projects who can work safely, efficiently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Operate civil construction plant and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Excavation for pipelines, pits and underground services
Trenching, backfilling and earthworks
Civil infrastructure and concreting support works
Read and work to plans and site instructions
Assist with site set-out and spotting when required
Conduct daily pre-starts and basic plant maintenance
Work closely with supervisors, surveyors and site crews
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health and safety
Minimum 2+ years' experience operating plant within the civil construction industry
Current White Card




Current driver's licence (HR licence highly regarded)
Demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following:
Excavators
Rollers
Water Carts
Loaders
Strong understanding of safe operating procedures
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Highly Regarded
HR Driver's Licence
Excavator VOC/Ticket
Skid Steer VOC/Ticket
Confined Space Entry
Working at Heights
Traffic Control Tickets
Experience installing underground services and pipelines
