and seamless links from Gadigal and Museum stations right to our doorstep.Read on to explore this exciting role and the fantastic perks waiting for you here.About the roleManage property and lease administration for the TSVH property portfolio – Coordinate lease and licence agreements, monitor tenant compliance, maintain lease registers, and manage CPI, rent reviews and insurance documentation.Keep operations running smoothly – Provide high-level administrative support, including diary management, meeting coordination, reports, document control, purchase orders, invoices and finance administration.Support a diverse TSVH property portfolio – Assist with property projects, inspections, maintenance coordination and operational activities across St Vincent's property assets.Coordinate TSVH car parking services – Manage parking applications, approvals, payroll deductions, invoicing, customer enquiries and the annual staff car park ballot.Build strong stakeholder relationships – Work closely with tenants, contractors and internal teams to deliver responsive customer service and ensure efficient day-to-day property operations.About youExperience in property, facilities or office administration, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Highly organised, proactive and able to work independently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
