About the roleReporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering warm, effective, and professional service across our food and beverage outlets, including breakfast service, bar service, and guest dining areas.You'll help ensure our outlets are clean, well-presented,



and operate smoothly while creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.Key responsibilitiesWelcome guests with a warm and friendly approachDeliver food and beverage service to a high standardRespond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionallyBuild positive guest relationships and create memorable experiencesMaintain excellent knowledge of menu items and hotel facilitiesSet up, replenish, and maintain service areasEnsure cleanliness and presentation of dining outletsProcess transactions accurately using POS systemsAssist with stock control and minimise wastageComplete shift handovers and daily tasks efficientlyParticipate in training sessions and team briefingsSupport a positive, collaborative workplace cultureFollow Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirementsMaintain food safety and hygiene standardsAdhere to WHS policies and hotel proceduresQualifications & experiencePrevious hospitality or customer service experience preferredExperience in food and beverage service, café, restaurant, bar, or hotel operations highly regardedFriendly and professional communication skills with a guest-focused approachAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyExperience using POS systems preferredStrong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when requiredFlexible and adaptable work approach, including weekends, public holidays, and varied shiftsCurrent Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate preferredMake your mark in a Global Company at a time of growth.Endless Career Development opportunities.Access to Industry Accommodation and Dining discounts from day 1.We strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply
