We are currently seeking qualified paramedics to join our growing team as either Advanced Care Paramedic or Rescue Paramedics across our resources-sector operations.
Working in dynamic remote and industrial environments, you'll deliver exceptional patient care, emergency response, and clinical decision-making to support the safety and wellbeing of on-site personnel.If you thrive in challenging environments, are committed to clinical excellence, and want to be part of a professional, high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.Location: Emerald & Blackwater Region, Central QLDRoster: 7 on / 7 offEmployment Type: Multiple Full time Opportunities availableTravel Type: FIFO (Brisbane Emerald return) or DIDO for localsKey Responsibilities:Execute clinical functions to assess, treat, triage and where required evacuate patients from site to the most appropriate medical facility in accordance with state legislative requirements and in consultation with required parties as identified by the Company.Respond to mine site emergencies as part of the onsite Emergency Response and HSE TeamProvide health monitoring assistance by identifying and monitoring Personnel with non-work-related conditions e.g., high blood pressure.Deliver top notch pre-hospital care and handle a wide range of cases including primary healthcare, injury & illness assessments and emergency presentations, with support from experienced on-call emergency doctors.Develop and implement audit processes and SOP's to ensure compliance with the contract.
This includes the reporting of all audit findings and appropriate action plan to the Company and Site Representative(s).
Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing services in accordance with the clients Safety Management System.Participate in the rehabilitation and return to work process when requiredMaintain thorough and accurate documentation including drug registers,
