As a Home Care Worker with UPA, you will support our clients to remain independent in their own homes and stay connected to their local community.UPA Home Care helps older people live independently by providing in-home services that meet their individual while promoting wellness, choice, and quality of life.

We strive to ensure that our team go home at the end of the day, as happy and healthy as they arrived.We currently are looking for a Home Care Worker to join our Western Region team based in Wellington.About the roleIn this role, you'll provide individualised, flexible, and high-quality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes.
Your person-centred focus and attention to detail will assist us in recognising and responding to client needs as they evolve.
Duties will include but not limited to:Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a person-centred approach as per the client care plan.Provide independence services such as showering, medications, transport or respite care.Provide everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening,
