Full time | Leadership Role | Hands-on EnvironmentWoodhouse Timber Company is a proudly Australian-owned business supplying premium timber building products across QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC, SA, and WA.Operating through an exclusive wholesale distribution network, we partner with leading building material merchants, home centres, and frame & truss manufacturers.We are now seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead our Darra site, we need someone who takes ownership, leads from the front, and runs a safe, high-performing operation.The RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the warehouse and site team.You will lead daily operations while owning the weekly and monthly rhythm of the site - including team performance, inventory accuracy, safety, and customer service outcomes.You'll be supported by the Regional Warehouse Operations Manager and work closely with internal teams across Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & Compliance (Non-negotiable)Lead a strong safety culture - ensuring all staff go home safely every dayEnsure full compliance with WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and company proceduresConduct audits, manage risks, and lead incident investigationsMaintain licences, equipment compliance, racking integrity, and site safety standardsLeadership & Team PerformanceLead, coach, and develop warehouse staff and supervisorsPlan and manage rosters, shifts, and daily workload allocationRun weekly team meetings and monthly 1:1sDrive accountability, performance,
