Strong computer literacyExperience working with accounting systems (Sage Intacct, SAP Concur, Insight Software, XERO)Your QualificationsIdeally, you've got a degree in Accounting, Commerce or Finance,And 1 to 2 years' experience in Accounts Payable or finance administration, or fresh out of uni is ok too!
Knowledge of general accounting concepts/terms,Understanding of financial statements, andKnowledge of components that builds the financial statements (AP, AR,



accrued income/expenses, deferred revenue, fixed assets, intangibles, etc)Job ResponsibilitiesYour ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage supplier invoices, purchase orders and expensesMaintain and reconcile creditor accounts accuratelyManage expense and corporate credit card transactionsEnsure precise GL coding and journal entriesAssist with month-end closing activities, reporting, and accrualsCoordinate international and manual payments twice a monthProvide backup support for Accounts Receivable and other finance tasksCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operationsProcess daily cash transactions (AP and AR functions)bank reconciliationCredit card reconciliationEOM journal preparationJob BenefitsWhy Work for Energy One?
