Customer Relations Officer – Cessnock - NSWProgress with purpose at one of Australia's largest health care providersGet ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environmentPermanent Full-Time position based at Cessnock.About the roleThe Customer Relations Officer is the primary support for Home Manager responsible for Occupancy at the Home, completing associated tasks from enquires through to welcome and resident transition.
With the goal of balancing the right resident for home and optimising Occupancy of the homeYour main duties will include:Practice in accordance with Calvary and relevant Government Aged Care policies and procedures, the position description, Code of Conduct and industrial agreements.Work in accordance with the mission and vision of Calvary and actively participate in developing a culture that promotes Calvary's values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respectBuild effective working relationships with facility staff and residentsAbout youStrong focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.High attention to detailAbility to understand and use contemporary IT applications and platforms (including MS Office, Teams etc) and ability to learn new ones when requiredA thorough understanding of occupancy targets, room prices and target resident mix (e.g. number of Supported residents) for the FacilitySound knowledge of administrative practicesProven organisational skills and attention to detail,



with a demonstrated ability to prioritise own workload and to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting competing deadlines and delivering high quality outcomes.Proven experience in a quick passed environmentExceptional customer serviceAbility to multi-task and manage conflicting demandsManage and coordinator tours, prepare paperwork and ensure rooms are ready for displayPrevious experience with roster management is essentialExperience with Kronos or UKG Dimensions is favourableWhy work for Calvary?
