A&J; Air is looking for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Installation Mechanic to join our professional, friendly team based in Redhead.
This role involves the installation of a wide range of commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the Hunter region.We're also open to considering a 3rd or 4th year apprentice who's enthusiastic about growing their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation of commercial and industrial A/C and refrigeration systemsDucted, split, VRF/VRV, and package unit installationsInstall copper piping, insulation,



and controls per design specificationsCollaborate with project managers and other trades to deliver jobs efficientlyEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety and regulatory requirementsMaintain site documentation and communicate progress with the team and clientsAbout YouCertificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or nearing completion)Current refrigeration handling license (ARCtick)Current driver's licenseStrong technical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and workmanshipPositive, reliable, and team-oriented attitudeWhy Work at A&J; Air?
